• If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply send/courier us the product at our Karachi Office. (178/A Block 2 PECHS, Tariq Road, Karachi).
• Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount via bank transfer.
• Exchange is possible within a week.
• For exchange customer must send back the parcel back to our address once parcel is received we will send you another one Rs 200 delivery charges will apply.
• Used or damaged items will not be exchanged.
